GCC to Offer Yemen New Settlements

Mediators are offering Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh a new proposal for him to consider in a bid to resolve the country’s political crisis.

On Saturday, Gulf Cooperation Council Secretary General Abdullatif Al-Zayani met with Yemen’s political parties in the capital Sanaa to discuss a settlement that it hopes will be acceptable to all parties.
