The luxury car brand Rolls-Royce sales went up by 18 percent in Qatar for the third quarter of 2012 compared to the same period last year, a business website reported Sunday.
“Qataris associate Rolls-Royce with engineering excellence, but the brand is more than that. It is a standard of quality across all our activities, from customer service to sales to servicing and maintenance,” CPI Financial quoted Mohammad Kandeel, General Manager of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Doha, as saying.
One of the reasons that could have pushed the sales growth of the car luxury brand was the launching of a new Rolls-Royce Phantom Series II in Qatar.
“The Rolls-Royce Phantom Series II has been eagerly anticipated since it was announced at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year, so we were delighted to bring it our customers in Qatar, and have seen a surge in interest since it hit our showroom floors last month,” Kandeel said.
The Phantom series are brought in three types of authentic luxury vehicles namely the Phantom, Phantom Drophead Coupé and the Phantom Coupé and prices start at $403,000 per car.
The Rolls Royce brand is an English brand that dates back to 1904 and has been an icon of luxurious automobile excellence since then.
