Elda Khanamirian Awad is a freelance executive producer, filmmaker, a wife, a mother and a philanthropist but not necessarily in that order. The order changes according to the day and crisis. Elda’s recent credits include seasons 1, 2 and 3 of the live Poetry TV competition show initiated by UAE Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan on Dubai TV, the re-branding for Qatar TV, Future TV and LBC. Elda was hand-picked to launch the production department of Dubai One TV, from conceptualization to implementation. She worked for Signature productions and during her tenure, Signature became the highest billing production company. She was recruited straight out of university to work for Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, UK. Elda is a philanthropist and passionate about making a difference. She has set up her own charity and volunteers with many humanitarian organizations. She has won numerous awards for her work. Lebanese with Armenian blood, Elda is a British national. She completed her undergraduate and graduate degree in the United States with Magna Cum Laude.
