Richard Barrett on the threat of returning European militants

Richard Barrett, former British intelligence officer and counter-terrorism expert, talks about the threat of the return of European jihadists to their countries. He says Western governments have not yet understood why their Muslim youths have taken this path. He adds that some terrorist attacks against the West were from within rather than being imported. Attacks against ISIS are easier in Iraq than in Syria, he says.
