But, as a writer at Britain’s Daily Mail pointed out, the problem with his retraction is that it seems less believable given his appearance on CNN.

“The people and the government and the state of Israel want peace with their neighbors and we’re willing to sit down and negotiate with them if they’re willing to sit down and negotiate with us.
