At least 11 missiles were launched into the southern border village of al-Tuwal in Saudi Arabia, Al Arabiya News Channel’s correspondent has confirmed.
The attack comes as coalition forces were still pounding Yemeni militia targets across the border by Friday afternoon near the cities of Jazan and southern Dhahran.
The cross-border operations come on the same say a raid was launched by coalition forces targeting the rebels’ military bases in the Serwah region in the west of the Marib province region that killed seven Houthi militias and those belonging to Ali Abdullah Saleh.
Witnesses confirmed that the raid targeted a military force of seven rebels in the north, burning down their vehicle and killing them all.
