King Salman lands in Qatar on second leg of Gulf tour
Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdul Aziz landed in Qatar for an official two-day visit, after he concluded his visit to the UAE
Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdul Aziz landed in Qatar on Monday for an official two-day visit, after he concluded his visit to the United Arab Emirates.
While in Qatar, the Saudi king will meet with Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to discuss the ways they can support and enhance the well-established relations between the two countries, in addition to reviewing the latest regional and international developments.
Qatari Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, said both Saudi Arabia and Qatar share the same views regarding the region with relation to a joint Arab effort to fight terrorism and bring peace and stability to the region.
The king concluded his visit to the UAE emirate of Dubai, on Monday morning, where he visited the historic al-Shindagha heritage district, in addition to the museum and the house of Sheikh Saeed al-Maktoum, which was built in 1896, as the seat of the Al Maktoum family.
