The Saudi-led Arab coalition in support of legitimacy in Yemen launched five airstrikes on Houthi posts in heights in South Sanaa, including Al-Rayan hills that overlook the neighborhood of Hadda.

Houthis were also stationed in the area of Hezyaz near a camp for the republican guards, and according to some sources, Houthi militiamen were deployed in Al-Hosn in the village of Bayt Baws in South Sanaa.

The Arab coalition on Saturday commented on the ongoing fierce clashes in Sanaa and said it is determined to maintain its position on all Yemeni grounds.

Clashes between Houthis militias and Ali Abdullah Saleh loyalists have intensified in the past three days but they mainly worsened on Saturday.
