The UAE’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Anwar Gargash, tweeted on Wednesday remarks made by Iranian politician Ali Akbar Velayati on Qatari-Iran ties.
In his tweet, the minister chose not to comment on the quote, but rather let it speak for itself.
“This is Ali Akbar Velayati, no comment: ‘A Hamas delegation’s representative has informed me that they have placed hope in Iran and resistance forces. The representative also expressed Hamas’ thanks to Iran for standing with Doha amid the Saudi-Qatari conflict, which prevented Qatar’s collapse.’
