Saudi based Arabian Gulf Center for Iranian Studies (AGCIS) has been ranked in the 2017/2018 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report 28th world-wide and 10th in the Middle East and North Africa.
The Think Tank founded by Dr. Mohammed Alsulami two years ago. participated for the first time ever, in the index developed and launched by Pennsylvania University and was included among 7800 think tanks worldwide.
The ranking placed AGCIS 28th among the best regional studies think tanks worldwide and second in the Gulf states.
Also, it has been ranked among the best new think tanks in 2017.
The ranking is based on the impact of think tanks. The ability to manage and recruit prominent intellectuals and analysts, academic performance and reputation, access to decision-makers and impact on steering policies.
