A fire has been reported in the Dubai Marina area on Sunday morning with videos on Twitter showing smoke and flames enveloping a tower described as a new residential building.
Dubai Civil Defence is working to put out a fire that broke out in the Zen Tower in the Dubai Marina area. The building was evacuated safely and no injuries have been reported.

The flames appeared to be fanned by a major dust storm which has hit the country in recent days.

The fire began about 11am local time in the Zen Tower, close to Marina Mall, according to local news sites.
Emergency service sirens were heard across the area.
