Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman headed to Moscow on Thursday to attend the opening of Russia’s World Cup 2018. This came in response to an invitation from President Vladimir Putin.
The crown prince is also set to attend Saudi Arabia’s match against Russia, which will also take place on Thursday.
Saudi Arabia and Russia are in Group A, which also includes the national teams of Egypt and Uruguay.
The crown prince will also meet with Putin during his visit.
