Gargash: Qatar preventing citizens from Hajj a clear absence of conscience

Published: Updated:

Anwar Gargash, the UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, said that the Qatar government’s decision to prevent its citizens from performing Hajj pilgrimage demonstrated a clear absence of conscience and vision that distinguishes between what is political and what is most important.

“Politicizing and intimidating your citizens against performing Hajj is a sign of distrust of them, their priorities and their choices,” Gargash said in a tweet.
