Yemen president appoints new minister of defense, chief of staff

Yemeni president Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi has appointed Mohammed al-Maqdeshi as defense minister and Abdullah al-Nakhi as chief of staff.

He also appointed Ahmed Salem Rabee as the new governor of Aden.
