Transparency in Khashoggi investigations commended by OIC

Published: Updated:

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) praised the statement issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Public Prosecution regarding the death of the citizen Jamal Khashoggi.

The OIC Secretary General Dr. Yousef bin Ahmad Al-Othaimeen said in a statement that the Saudi Prosecution has clearly answered the outstanding questions, charged the responsible parties, identified the roles of those involved in this crime and announced all that with transparency.

He called on others to place the case within its criminal framework and to refrain from politicizing it, so that justice can take its normal course.
