A letter from Saudi Arabian King Salman bin Abdulaziz addressed to the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah was delivered by Minister of State Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd on Monday.
According the state news agency KUNA, the Prince Turki passed on the verbal message “relating to the good brotherly relations between the two countries and its peoples, and the means of enhancing and developing them across all fields.”
