Coronavirus: Emirates Airlines cancels flights to and from Italy, except Rome
Emirates Airlines canceled on Friday all flights to and from Italy, except Rome, due to the coronavirus outbreak, state news agency WAM reported, adding that the last trip will be in March 15.
Emirates, one of the world’s biggest international airlines, expects to cancel more flights as the coronavirus outbreak weighs further on global travel demand, according to an internal email seen by Reuters.

“Emirates has already significantly reduced passenger flights for March across our network, and more cuts will likely follow as we review the latest situation,” Emirates Chairman Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed al-Maktoum said in a email to staff and seen by Reuters.
