Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince receives leaders who participated in Jeddah summit

Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman received leaders and delegations who participated in Saturday’s Jeddah Security and Development Summit hosted by the Kingdom.

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi arrived earlier in the morning followed by Kuwait’s Crown Prince Sheikh Meshal al-Ahmad al-Sabah.



UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed arrived later and was also welcomed by the Crown Prince upon arrival.


Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa arrived shortly after. The Crown Prince also received the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Special Representative of Sultan of Oman.



Shortly after, the Jordan's King Abdullah II arrived in Jeddah followed by Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. Both officials were also received by the Saudi Crown Prince.

The Kingdom, which welcomed US President Joe Biden on Friday, will host a GCC+3 summit that brings together GCC leaders, Biden, Jordan’s King Abdullah II, Egypt’s President al-Sisi and Iraq’s Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi.
