Gunmen open fire on Yemeni PM’s house

The attack began half an hour after U.N. envoy Jamal Benomar left the prime minister’s house

Gunmen opened fire Monday on the house of Yemeni Prime Minister Mohammad Salim Basindawa, Al Arabiya correspondent from Sanaa reported quoting security sources.

One source said the gunmen, who were riding a vehicle, began their attack half an hour after U.N. Envoy to Yemen Jamal Benomar left the house of the prime minister.
