An Egyptian official died of wounds sustained in the explosion
A senior Egyptian judge died on Sunday of wounds he sustained in an explosion that also killed two people and injured 11 others in the city of Giza, Al Arabiya News Channel and local media reported.
Vice president of the Egyptian State Lawsuit Authority Rashwan Hussein Rashwan was passing by in Giza's Faisal neighborhood when the explosion, believed to have been caused by a gas leak in an unused apartment, occurred
Authorities say an investigation into the blast to confirm the preliminary findings of a gas leak is under way.
