The Saudi Ambassador to Yemen, Mohammed al-Jaber, has reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s efforts to push for a political solution in the midst of the Yemeni crisis.
He also reaffirmed the kingdom’s support for the UN Special envoy to Yemen, Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed’s efforts in hopes of resolving the crisis and reestablish negotiations between the concerned parties.
Speaking to al-Hayat newspaper, Jaber said that the UN special envoys needs to meet with the Yemeni parties to discuss all ideas. After which, he will propose his suggestions, he added.
