Popular protests in Iran have reached the heart of Tehran as people protested in front of President Hassan Rouhani’s office in Pasteur Street.

According to HRANA, the Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran, hundreds of poultry farm owners protested on Monday in front of Rouhani’s office to demand cancelling a governmental decision to reduce the price of chicken as the set prices do not even cover the production costs especially with the high livestock costs and the high prices of corn products and soy bean.
