Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi met with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Sunday ahead of a summit meeting between African nations and China.
The two-day Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) begins on Monday, bringing together leaders and representatives from more than 50 African countries which have diplomatic ties with China.
