Turkey’s interference in Libya violates international resolutions: Greek FM

Published: Updated:

Turkey’s military interference in Libya violates international resolutions, the Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias said on his official Twitter page on Sunday.

Ankara’s intervention in Libyan affairs is considered a violation of “any concept of legitimacy” that should protect Europe through the IRINI military operation in the Mediterranean.

“Of course, we want to have good relations with Turkey and with all the countries in the region. Unfortunately, it seems that Turkey has other priorities. It is blackmailing to obtain concessions, and this cannot be accepted,” he said
