An ISIS flag was seen hoisted up on one of Islamabad’s main highways on Sunday with the saying ‘Khalifat is coming’ written on the bottom.
CCTV footage could not identify the men who had placed the flag, which has since been taken down.
The flag was placed over a billboard on a pedestrian bridge on a highway near Iqbal town.
