Published: Updated:

British police have been on the lookout for Janbaz Tarin, 21, after the killings of his former Syrian partner Raneem Oudeh and her mother Khaola Saleem.

Shortly after 12:30 AM on Monday, police were called in Solihull town near Birmingham, and discovered the bodies of the mother and daughter, aged 22 and 49, with serious stab wounds. The two women were confirmed dead at the scene.

A video of the double murder scene has been posted on YouTube, showing that the murder took place outdoor.

“I thought it was foxes screaming. She was absolutely screaming her head off,” neighbors told local media.

Others reported hearing screams in a foreign language and seeing a man run and drive off in a van.

The suspect appears to be from Afghanistan, judging by his name and his Facebook account which contains some posts in the Pashtun language.

The family of the Two victims have been living in the UK for the past 16 years.
