Iranian General Qassim Sulaimani threatens Bahrain
Bahrain’s decision to strip a Shiite preacher of his citizenship will create “a flame of fire” in the Kingdom and the region, a top Iranian general said late Monday according to state media.
The statement equated preacher Isa Qassim a “red line” and said that its crossing “will create a flame of fire in Bahrain and throughout the region that will leave no option for the people but to resort to armed resistance,” said General Qassem Suleimani, head of Iran’s Quds Force, the Revolutionary Guards' foreign operations arm.
General Suleimani is infamous for overseeing and plotting a large number of terrorist groups and activities in Syria and Iraq
