The mixed-use development, strategically located along King Abdulaziz Road in the heart of Jeddah, will feature premium residences, serviced apartments, Grade-A office space, and exclusive townhouses. At its center, a Central Park-inspired green spine will anchor the project, bringing Manhattan-style vibrancy to the Red Sea city.
“By combining residential, serviced, and office components with a Central Park-inspired landscape, we are delivering a unique lifestyle destination that reflects both Manhattan’s vibrancy and Jeddah’s strategic role as a cultural and commercial hub,” CEO of Dar Global Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, said in a press statement.
This marks the second Trump-branded project in the Kingdom, following the launch of Trump Tower Jeddah in December 2024.
‘A new benchmark for prestige’
Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization, hailed the project as a landmark step in the company’s expansion in the Kingdom.
“We are honored to expand our footprint in Saudi Arabia… We are creating a destination that will set a new benchmark for prestige and innovation in the Kingdom,” Trump said.
Transforming Jeddah’s skyline
Trump Plaza Jeddah is expected to redefine urban living in Saudi Arabia, offering a seamless environment where residents can live, work, and socialize in one destination.
The project reflects Jeddah’s growing role as a hub for premium living and international investment and is in line with Saudi Arabia’s real estate expansion and diversification goals.
