Mona Thwany offers makeup services online
AlArabiya.net identified the website of Mona Thwany, the wife of Iraqi jihadist Taymour Abdel Wahab, the man believed to be responsible for Saturday's twin attacks in the Swedish capital Stockholm and who died after blowing himself up.
The 28-year-old Mona Thwany Romanian capital Bucharest and has three children with Abdel Wahab. According to the website, she works as a hair stylist and a makeup artist, but has no shop so the internet is her only means to advertise the services she offers. She calls her virtual company Amira Make-up and Hair.
Thwany tempts potential customers, especially brides-to-be, to try her services by saying that she is the only one in Luton, 51 kilometers north of London.

Abdel Wahab lived with Mona in Luton, where he worked in a carpet shop until he left for Sweden three weeks ago to carry out the terrorist attack.
Mona, also known as Umm Amira, Arabic for “mother of Amira,” explains on the website that all women of different racial backgrounds are beautiful, but they only need the right makeup to highlight this beauty.
“Beauty can be enhanced by using makeup professionally with the right tools and the right products.”
She also lists the products she uses in the make sessions she offers to her customers, all famous brand names.

Thwany uses a pun when she says that any woman who comes to her will feel like an “Amira” and explains that “Amira” is the Arabic word for “princesses.”
Umm Amira lists the services she offers and which, in addition to regular hair and makeup sessions, include dressing and accessorizing, facial treatments, and false lashes.
Mona also notes that when it comes to services for parties, she only goes to women only gatherings.
According to the Daily Mail, when Thwary was asked if she knew anything about her husband’s activities, she replied “of course not.”
"I really don't want to talk right now. I am very devastated and upset," she added.
