Leen Hajjar currently works in the Department of Communications and Publications at King’s Academy in Jordan and has previously trained at Jordanian King Abdullah II’s official media office. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College in the United States with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media Studies and Sociology. She grew up in Amman, Jordan which inspired her to create her own blog, Middle Eastern Diaries. The aim of the blog is to expose the diverse and positive attributes of the Arab world. Through each story, she hopes to initiate a global conversation to expand comprehensive understandings of the region.
