‘Made in UAE’ label design contest launched
December 12 is the deadline for submitting blueprints
The UAE Ministry of Economy announced on Sunday the launch of a competition to design the ‘Made in UAE’ label. A $2,722 (Dh10,0000) prize will be given to the winning design.
The terms and conditions for the contest, as laid out by the ministry, are that the submitted design be inventive and sui generis (unique), and distinct from any other logos. It also has to be of high quality and be adaptable to be used for different media (print and electronic).
Those wishing to take part in the design competition has to email the blueprint to: [email protected], in PDF format, the submission deadline being December 12, 2016.
