Saudi Interpol brings home arrested citizen accused of issuing bad checks

The Saudi Interpol arrested a Saudi citizen who was accused of issuing bad checks to the tune of huge amounts of money. The man, who absconded after the crime, was extradited to the Kingdom on Tuesday, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

The Saudi Interpol started pursuing the citizen who was wanted in a bad check case. The man was accused of issuing four checks worth huge amounts of money in favor of a company. It was found that the man issued checks without sufficient funds in his bank accounts.

The Saudi Interpol issued an international notice to catch the fugitive. This resulted in the arrest and extradition of the man to the Kingdom and that was within the framework of the international cooperation between the Saudi Interpol and other Interpol member states in combating overseas and public crimes in all their forms.
