The Future Investment Initiative being held in Saudi Arabia is the “right place” for major local and international companies to be present, according to Ismail Alani, head of the public sector at the Saudi branch of KPMG.
In an interview with Al Arabiya News Channel, Alani said it is important to note that the East remains an open option for investment as well as the West.
"There is a clear interest from the Russian delegation, Asia and China, Japan, and we have noted that the President of the Russian Investment Fund is keen on partnerships in the energy sector,” he added.
“"It is appropriate that options are kept open, and that partnerships with the West and the United States are visible in the forum.”
