An oil tanker has loaded up at Libya's Ras Lanuf oil terminal, the first shipment since the port was reopened after a year of blockades by armed protesters, a spokesman for the state-run National Oil Corporation said on Tuesday.
The tanker was expected to leave port on Wednesday, he said.
