Coronavirus death toll in Iran rises to 34, 388 people infected: Health Ministry
Thirty-four people have died so far in Iran because of coronavirus infections, a health ministry spokesman said on Friday.
The total number of people diagnosed with the disease is 388, he said in an announcement on state TV.
Several countries, including Kuwait and Bahrain, reported cases of the virus after their citizens traveled to Iranian cities.
Lebanon, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and other countries have all shut their borders with Iran as a precuationary measure to combat the spread of the coronavirus.
