2. Yemen: 17.1 percent
3. Belgium: 16.4 percent
4. France: 15.2 percent
5. United Kingdom: 14.4 percent
6. Italy: 14.0 percent
7. Netherlands, Hungary: 12.9 percent
8. Sweden: 12.4 percent
9. Antigua and Barbuda: 12.0 percent
10. Spain: 11.9 percent
