Coronavirus: Saudi Arabia detects 468 COVID-19 infections in 24 hours

Saudi Arabia has detected 468 new coronavirus infections and 596 recoveries on Wednesday, as well as 24 new deaths, the Ministry of Health announced.

This brings the death toll to 4,947 in Saudi Arabia.

The total number of cases in the Kingdom was 337,711, and the total number of recoveries was 323,208.

There are 9,556 active cases, the health ministry reported, 913 of which are critical cases.

The city of Medina had 71 COVID-19 cases, Mecca had 53, and Yanbu had 31.
