Saudi Arabia on Thursday reported a slight increase in its daily coronavirus tally with 435 new COVID-19 infections recorded in the country, the Ministry of Health reported, bringing the total number of cases in the Kingdom to 346,482.

The Kingdom also detected 455 new recoveries, bringing the total number of recoveries to 333,005.
The death toll in the country rose to 5,363 after 15 new deaths were reported Thursday.

There are 8,114 active cases, the Ministry of Health announced, adding that 776 of those cases are critical.
The city of Medina continues to have the highest number of daily infections with 47 COVID-19 cases reported in 24 hours.
Mecca had 46 cases, while Riyadh had 46, and Yanbu had 33 cases.
