Coronavirus: UAE reports 1,289 COVID-19 cases, three deaths, follows recent trend
The UAE reported 1,289 coronavirus cases on Thursday, announced the official Emirates News Agency (WAM) on Twitter.
The number is broadly in line with the recent trend in the country. The previous two days witnessed rises of 1,161 and 1,008 cases respectively.
WAM also reported three deaths from the virus, bringing the death toll to 508.

Authorities conducted over 130,000 tests over 24 hours, said the Ministry of Health.
The exact number of tests was 131,633.
The Ministry added that a further 1,135 people had recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 136,118.
The total number of cases including recoveries is 138,599.
