Coronavirus: Saudi Arabia reports 362 new COVID-19 cases, 16 deaths

Saudi Arabia has reported 362 new coronavirus cases over the past 24 hours, raising the total to 353,918, the health ministry announced on Tuesday.

Of the new cases, 49 were cofirmed in the city of Medina, 35 in Riyadh and 29 in Mecca, according to the ministry.

The Kingdom's death toll increased to 5,692 after 16 new fatalities were recorded over the past 24 hours.

Meanwhile, 436 individuals who had previously tested positive for the virus recovered, the health ministry announced.

Saudi Arabia currently has 7,122 active cases with 816 being in critical condition.
