King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on Friday held talks with the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.
"We are determined to push these relations to greater heights, and in this context we would like to pay tribute to the fruitful discussions with President Vladimir Putin yesterday, in which it was agreed to strengthen cooperation between our two countries in various fields," King Salman said.
The King stressed that the achievement of peace and stability in the Gulf and the Middle East and the resolution of the crises in Yemen, Syria and elsewhere requires Iran to stop its expansionist policies and abide by the principles of good neighborliness.
In the meeting King Salman expressed his hope for Moscow's participation in the implementation of Vision 2030.
Prime Minister Medvedev welcomed King Salman to the Russian Federation and said that his
country' is keen to promote and develop joint cooperation and push for wider horizons between them.
Medvedev applauded the constructive discussions between the King and the Russian President, and the role of these talks in promoting and developing cooperation.

We would like to thank your country for your concern and desire to develop bilateral relations between our two friendly nations.
We would like to pay tribute to the fruitful discussions with President Vladimir Putin yesterday, in which it was agreed to strengthen cooperation between our two countries in various fields.
We have stressed the need to end the suffering of the Palestinian people and to achieve a comprehensive, just and lasting peace for the Palestinian cause.
We also stressed that for the achievement of peace and stability in the Gulf region and the Middle East as well as in the crises in Yemen, Syria and others locations, Iran is required to stop its expansionist policies and abide by the principles of good neighborliness, respect for international laws and non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries.
Saudi Arabia is living a historic and pivotal stage of comprehensive development. This phase has been translated into Vision 2030.
We look forward to the participation of your friendly country in cooperating to implement the programs of this vision in the interest of our common interests.
The two countries' efforts in the field of oil have resulted in the agreement to reduce production, balance the interests of consumers and producers. Again we reaffirm our commitment to the stability of the global oil market.
