David Rigby is a founding director of Smart Coaching & Training in both the UK and Middle East. He is based in Dubai as an executive coach and conference speaker and uses NLP, emotional intelligence and mindfulness within consulting roles and with individual clients – specializing in personal branding, executive presence, gravitas and voice communication. David is developing the training practice focusing on leadership, team-building, innovation, change management and customer service, delivering public and in-house training to clients throughout the Middle East.
