Saudi Arabia’s anti-terrorism efforts exhibition opens in Australia

An exhibition focusing on Saudi Arabia’s anti-terrorism efforts over the years has opened in Australia’s capital Canberra.

The opening of the exhibition was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Australia Nabil bin Mohammed Al Saleh alongside and Chief of Protocol Department at Australia’s Foreign Ministry of Linden Sax.

The event was held on the sidelines of the embassy’s celebrations of Saudi Arabia’s national day.

In a statement to Saudi Press Agency to mark the event, Ambassador Al Saleh confirmed the role being played by the Kingdom, led by Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef and Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

“The exhibition will focus on the efforts in combating terrorism and its relief initiatives all over the world, particularly in the Arab and Islamic worlds, emanating from its pioneering regional and international role to bring about peace and stability in the world,” the statement on Saudi Press Agency read.
