Saudi Arabia’s King Salman, the Honorary President of the Equestrian Club, patronized the annual Grand Horse Racing Festival for King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud's Cup at King Abdulaziz Equestrian Field in Janadriyah.

Upon his arrival, he was accompanied by Prince Saud bin Salman bin Abdulaziz and Prince Faisal bin Ahmed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz and was received by Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, Prince Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Al-Kabeer, Prince Mutib bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Asir Region, and a number of princes and officials.

The king also honored the Saudi Telecom Company and the Samba Financial Group for their strategic partnership with Equestrian Club, where the CEO of the Telecommunications Company, Dr. Khaled Al-Bayari, and the Chairman of Samba Financial Group Issa Al-Issa received the two honoring shields.
