On Wednesday evening, King Fahad Cultural Center in Riyadh was bursting with amazing tunes and positive vibes where Lebanese artist Hiba Tawaji graced the stage, giving a goosebump-worthy performance.

Several videos captured on social media showed how passionately Tawaji sang and how engaged her Saudi audience was. The concert was strictly for women which made it all the more intimate and breathtaking for everyone in attendance of the performance of the Lebanese artist.

In between songs, Tawaji exclaimed: “This is my first time in Saudi Arabia and I received a warm welcome and I am honored to be one of the first women to sing in the theaters of Saudi Arabia.”

In the midst of a warm applause, Tawaji sang some of her most beautiful songs, as well as selections from Fairuz, Umm Kulthum and Celine Dion. She paid tribute to her Saudi audience in her own way by cheerfully doing the traditional Gulf dance.

Tawaji wore a black dress by the Lebanese international designer Ellie Saab on this magical night that brought together serenity and liveliness. She sang a mix of calm romantic songs, but remained upbeat with her consistent energy.

In her Instagram account, Tawaji posted a picture saying: “My beauties, thank you for a memorable night. My heart is full of joy. I love you.”
