The ball roll out exercise is commonly used to train the abdominal (six pack muscles) but it is also used in many rehabilitation cases for people who suffer with lower back pain, as it also is a inner unit conditioning exercise.

The inner unit is a term for the core muscles and refers to the muscles in the body, that have the capacity for long term stabilization - therefore these muscles can hold us in good posture and work situations for long periods of time.

Perform 2-3 sets
8-12 repetitions
