Former Chelsea team doctor Eva Carneiro has appeared at a private hearing in front of an employment judge for her constructive dismissal case against the English Premier League champions, following a dispute with then-manager Jose Mourinho.

After more than six hours, Carneiro left the London South Employment Tribunal and didn't comment outside. The law firm representing Carneiro said there would be no immediate comment on the case.

Carneiro's barrister, Mary O'Rourke, earlier said a resolution was not expected on Monday. O'Rourke said "we want Mr. Mourinho to make a public apology."

Carneiro was dropped from first-team duties after Mourinho accused his medical staff of being "naive" for taking to the field to treat Chelsea winger Eden Hazard during a Premier League game against Swansea in August.

Carneiro also has a separate personal legal action against Mourinho, who was fired by Chelsea in December, for alleged victimization and discrimination.
