Saudi telecom firm announces free calls to celebrate football victory

The Saudi Telecom Company (STC) announced two-day free call offers inside and outside its network on the occasion of the Saudi National Team’s qualification to 2018 World Cup finals in Russia.

Dr. Khaled H. Biyari, CEO of STC Group, announced that STC customers will be able to make voice calls inside and outside the network free of charge for two days.

This offer allows individual customers to make unlimited calls inside and outside STC network from 12.00 am local time on Thursday until 12.00 am on Saturday.

All the postpaid and Sawa customers can avail of this offer, he said in a statement. STC also started sending SMS to all its customers informing about the offer.
