On Thursday, a child was born with one body and two heads in the Syrian city of Idlib, which is a unique case. According to reports, the child has been transferred to Turkish hospitals due to the modest medical capabilities in Idlib. Amnesty International has reported that between 2011 and 2015, the Assad regime arrested and detained 117,000 people.
