Newborn baby found on Saudi beach

Saudi Arabia’s Border Guards patrols found a newborn baby on al-Musem beach, near western port city of Jazan, the Saudi Gazette reported on Thursday.

Jazan Border Guards spokesman, Capt. Hasan Al-Qesaibi, said security bodies and the Red Crescent were notified and added this was the second time this year an abandoned newborn had been found on the beach. He said security bodies are investigating the incident.
